EZ 3in1 Rumble Patcher V1.0 April 23, 2007

A generic patcher which enables 3in1 rumble function with most existing rumble capable games.

Unzip all files to the same directory (exe and 2 dll files)

Run the exe
Choose output path
Choose a file (can be inside a zip/rar)
Press Send

OLL #804 and #1000 (Hotel Dusk) apparently will not work with this patch

As far as I know, it requires Windows XP to work. I will look into
making a command line portable version when time permits.
