CD block ISO plugin version 1.0.1

This plugin doesn't implement all the functions of the CD block. Don't expect it to be highly compatible.

This plugin supports ISO or BIN files. It doesn't support ASPI.

--IMPORTANT: there is a bug in iso management, please close then restart the plugin when you want to try another game.
