SCSP plugin version 1.0.1

This plugin implements the 68000 but doesn't output any sound.
It uses the great 68000 emulator made by Bart Trzynadlowski, Turbo68K.

You can desactivate the 68000 processor in the options to speed-up emulation, however some games may not start without it.
