First archive: This is the Canadian version, but really the only difference is the spelling dictionaries. The StuffIt archive contains both the install disks and a full installation in a folder.

Second archive: Install media for U.S. version with box scans and quick reference card.

So, what's the difference between Canadian English, and U.S. English?
When I talk to them (Canadians), I hear no difference except the Canadians always say " Eh?"
at the end of each sentence.
