I found this on a CD-ROM given to me by a publishing house (now defunct) in the UK. I have been trying different apps to see what they do and this is one such app. It seems to be similar to MS Access, a database app that the user can customise and design their own user interface. It says it can link via the internet too. I've had a quick look through and it seems to be "the full monty", impressive. I've added the serial to the "read me" file.
FileMaker Pro 4.0 "connects" with Claris Home Page 3.0: the former provides a database and the latter web page access, all very swish. I found this tutorial which makes it all easy to follow.

Separate & FAT installers for 68k & PPC Macintosh - you can install for both CPU types at same time if wished (important for 68k Macs with PPC upgrade cards). This software runs under SSW 7.1 to 9.2.2 - It also runs very well under "Classic" on PPC OS X up to 10.4.11
Runs great on Basilisk II & SheepShaver
Minimum System Requirements:
SSW 7.1 for Macintosh, SSW 7.1.2 for PPC Macintosh
8 MB RAM for PPC Macintosh or 68k Macintosh with Web Companion enabled.
4 MB RAM for 68k Macintosh without Web Companion enabled.
TCP/IP, AppleTalk or IPX/SPX Network enabled for sharing FileMaker Pro databases over a network.
M 68020 CPU or newer

@ryan42: At this point in time, it only looks as though its a fairly recent upload and the admin in charge of activating files with amazonaws, hasn't gotten around to doing that as yet. You can still DL this by going the Edit route, which is a good indication that it was uploaded not too long ago.
There is a back-log of files uploaded over the past month, waiting in the same boat.
