Yeh thanks for archiving these drivers, I bought a 9500/200 off ebay for a giveaway £10 and inside I discover it has a Formac Provision 4/60 installed, I had to re-insall OS9 so lost all the previous drivers so this archive and manual were very helpful. That card boasts 1600x 1200! at thousand colours. The card does Sync-On-Green which I want to turn off, but can't figure out how to do that yet, someting to do with the "monitors" tab (pik 8 above) panel which I can't get to see yet. Thanks again, love all this ressurecting old Macs.
@RedStripes: Many thanks for archiving these drivers. I'm hoping that one day I'll find a Proformance 80 on eBay etc... I can bet my bottom dollar its not going to have these drivers accompanying it if this card ever turns up here in Australia
