You think the Newer Technology logo bottom left is the give-away ??

Still, it qualifies as abandonware, and has as much right as Word v6 to be here.

Looks like it comes from a 3rd party processor card manufacturer. I remember something similar from Powerlogix PowerPC G4 card connected into an Umax Clone I mainly used during 8 years...
