Handyman is a control strip module, when placed in Control Strip Modules folder, it enables you to click-open any file or folder from the control strip. Create an alias of the file or folder you wish to place in the control strip and place it in Handyman's folder.
In short, it lets you use the control strip like OS X's dock.
