Long Info CMM is a Contextual Menu Module designed to extend the Finder of Mac OS 9.x.
While Mac OS X can finally use the really long (up to 255 characters!) file names of the HFS+ file system (or Extended Format, as Apple calls it sometimes), the users of Mac OS 9.x are stuck with the old 31 character limit.
Not only can they just see a shortened version of the file name, there is no way for them to see the complete name, or even change it.
Until now!
Thanks mtb, for sending this by email!

@24bit: Many thanks, too.
This seems to be really useful. Thanks a lot.
