Hi there,
I have downloaded this .ZIP. When I unstuff this using Stuffit Expander 5 on an iBook 466SE running OS9.2.2 it becomes what looks like a Simpletext file with the title: Mac OSX Demo CD.toast
What do I need to do to get this application to run?
[Edit] Ah, no problem. I had a copy of Toast on my iBook (even though it has a DVD drive rather than a CDRW), and was able to mount the Simpletext doc in Toast, creating... or opening the program... whatever it does, and it works perfectly.
This is the demo I saw running on a host of Summer 2000 iMacs and a G4 Cube in PC World in Swansea, Wales during January 2001. A mightily stylish demo, which beat anything the PC's were displaying in the other 99% of floor space that day!
I added a screenshot from this. It's a hybrid disc so it can also run on Windows.
