Mac3D is another interesting, pre-1990, 3D modeling program. It allows shading via patterns, but these are selected and applied by the user. The program offers a wide array of modeling features. In fact, the screenshot is of a number of objects after using the "Explode" feature.

This came with a nice gray felt binder for its manual, though the manual is lengthy and just a rundown of the software's menu options, really no different from any other 3D CAD software, so I haven't bothered scanning it. The logo on the binder and on the disk labels is a very shiny reflective silver finish that doesn't scan very well.
