One thing even MacLinkPlus was never able to convert were ancient OTX (Olivetti Olitext Plus) files. However, someone filed an OTX-to-Text-Converter at http://archive.info-mac.org/text/otx-to-text.hqx which is a nice and obscure collector's item.
