Norton Personal Firewall 3.0

Norton Personal Firewall, developed by Symantec, is a discontinued personal firewall with ad blocking, program control and privacy protection capabilities.

Norton Personal Firewall program control module is able to allow or deny individual applications access to the Internet. Programs are automatically allowed or denied Internet access by Norton Personal Firewall. It uses a blacklist and a whitelist to determine if the program should be allowed Internet access.

Although some of Symantec stuff(especially Norton Utilities 8 ) is harmfull for Macs, their firewalls are very good.

VERY hard to find, I found one on wired server and downloaded with 0.5 kB/s.

It works with Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X (separate installers, OS 9 is version 1, OS X is version 3).
