Open Transport 1.3 (Gold Master) installer. Works with SSW 7.1 through 8.1 for 68k or PPC machines.
An interesting release of Open Transport 1.3. Apparently the SSW 8.1 installation restriction was implemented until the installer was released for general availability. This installer is identical to the general release version of Open Transport 1.3 except for the absence of the SSW 8.1 installation restriction.
