Software Compatibility:

If you are installing on an LC, LCII, Color Classic, or Classic II running
system 7.1, PaperPort may conflict with the A/ROSE extension. This
can result in the system hanging. We recommend removing A/ROSE
from your Extensions folder.

Quickdraw GX:

PaperPort does not support Quickdraw GX at this time.

completely untested by me; nor am I even certain this is the complete original archive - but it looked OK so here 'tis ....
