A somewhat tricky app to find now a days due to hotline being very small community these days.

Its still vastly better than the vanilla hotline client however.

Simply unstuff the program somewhere and open its folder then open the folder that says something like "PLACE IN PREFERENCES FOLDER" place the pref file from that folder where its supposed to go and you should be registered.
