CDEV (Control Panel) for Sophisticated Circuits' PowerKey hardware device. Used to provide 'soft power' to machines such as the SE/30, Centris 610, and others with a physical on/off switch. Can also be used to trigger events, including system shutdown, at set times.
Version 2.1.4, described as 'most recent version' as late as 1995. Designed for System 7. Works under Mac OS 8, although vendor recommended (paid) upgrade to 3.x.
