Thank you, MikeTomTom for your informative post !
I used the Edit trick in all cases and got the error, so I wondered if the file already went down again.
It seems that my ISP service is a slow one.

So "Downloadability" seems to depend on the browser at the user's end?

No. but it is at the user's end here. Perhaps the User's server/ISP's cache updating. Especially in case as it was the same user, Kitchen2010, who posted the same "Its not working" post in the Formz-30 post. And that link - as is this one, was working just fine from where I'm sitting.

@Kitchen2010: if a link doesn't work, try the edit trick... If the edit trick doesn't work, refresh your browsers cache - and then try the link, the main DL may be activated by then. If not wait an hour or two and refresh your browsers cache again (you might have a lame ISP service).

Sometimes it takes weeks for an admin to get around to activating a link, usually you can "do the edit trick" to circumvent this, but if its missing at both ends, refresh your cache and try the main DL again, or wait just an hour or two before jumping to conclusions. That is, you might be right, the file could be missing locally and from amazonaws. But in both this and the Formz-30 links they were OK, which makes me suspect that your ISP caches the internet and it might take time before it updates its own caches.

Works for me now, too. Probably some redistribution delay at the Amazon server once again.
I am using Safari, is there some known problem with this browser ?
