This is a Shrinkwrap 2.1 image of RAM Doubler 2.0 and the 2.0.2 updater. I thought this version deserved a page for itself, as it has certain advantages over the previous versions.
I've tried it in SheepShaver, but it seems to attempt to use a PowerPC opcode, which as bytes in hexadecimal, is "7C 00 04 A6", and SheepShaver doesn't know what instruction that PowerPC opcode means, so RAM Doubler crashes SheepShaver. Could it be an MMU instruction? Does RAM Doubler probably require an MMU (which SheepShaver does not emulate yet), just like some of the other Connectix Macintosh software?
This is a DiskCopy 4.2 image of RAM Doubler 2.0...
However, this does appear to be a ShrinkWrap 2.1 image file, not a Disk Copy 4.2 image - Its no biggie, just letting others who DL this know (perhaps they don't have ShrinkWrap installed). Disk Copy 6.3 can mount this file OK.

I know, why. This is the normal way a d/l gets available in time, for some technical reasons.
The download link (the top one) works now. Dunno why. Hope it lasts

PS : I didn't do the disk scan myself (it's nice yes), I just ripped it from the Ram Doubler 1.6.1 page
Oops that'll be my fault. I never thought to do a "get info" on the image. The icon looked a lot like DC4.2. I used DC6.3 to mount it too.

The "other alternative link" is also working here (at the time of writing this post)
Thanks for posting, MacBeth - and for the excellent disk scan.
