Emulation
This app works with: SheepShaver, Basilisk II, Mini vMac

CD/DVD Accelerator/Cache. This was the only program in the genre (Including FWB CD Toolkit) that actually made a noticable improvement to my drive performance.

It may be a bit finicky with more recent MacOS releases, but it works, and works well.
