One-Click Verify and Repair Permissions Utility. Very useful after a Kernel Panic and routine maintenance without having to open Disk Utility. Can be set as login item to prevent future system problems.

"(with Rosetta)", I would de-select the "x86 (Intel)" Compatibility checkbox, because it's not native.
