can someone reupload the full cd?
Hey, Vitoarc, you still can use this version in OS 9, but it wont be at 100% effective results.
You will find some bugs, that s for sure, but you can still use this software.
TTP 1 was intended to work with classic OS 7 and 68xxx machines.
Anyway, i have found some reviews of TT2 over the net, i suggest you read them:

This software have saved my ass a couple of times (40GB HD & a G3 266-MacOS 9), I admit that.
Now, in the other hand, TechTool Pro Version 3 is tremendously much better and is the kind of software you will never regret to buy.
So is it best to stay away from version 2.5.x if running OS 9.1?
When I launched TTP I got a warning message that it "hasn't been tested with this operating system" and that "proceeding may cause irreparable harm to your computer". But it allows one to continue on after this warning. Pretty scary message.
Yes, version 3 is still sold and supported by Micromat, I know.
I do recomend version 3 for MacOS 8.6 and 9+ because it was made to work with the new enhancements of those systems.
A clear example of this is to execute a Finder Info test... under system 8.6-9, any custom icon will be replaced by its standars, bundle bits and some will be reset and appear as an error of icon corruption, but the files are ok.
Quicktime 5 files will appear wearing a old fashioned icons of QT 3 or 4.
All this little details and some others were corrected in the version 3.
Version 3 is still sold by Micromat:
