ICQ, Goal, & MSN instant messenger client. TVJab is an Instant Messaging client that runs both on Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X. It uses the Jabber protocol to connect a Jabber server and chat with other Jabber clients. You can also chat with other IM softwares such as MSN Messenger, Goal, ICQ, or Yahoo, and you can also connect to IRC servers, if the server you are connected to supports these protocols.

You're saying that the Download errors are made ON PURPOSE by the Administrators/owners
of the Site, in order to AVOID transfer costs. forcing us to upload and download from other
public servers,

My conspiracy theory is: This error in download code make Admins. For low transfer.
Because we must search alternative sources of upload (for example Megaupload) transfer is much, much lower.
