This is the old WebTV Viewer Application for Website Developers. It was intended to be used to test websites, just to know if them are correctly shown in WebTV Devices.

The program passes through WebTV Servers sometimes, but it doesn't mean you can't test webpages with this tool. Just play with the remote control Wink

Also you can use it as a Reduced Web Browser, a funny alternative to Internet Explorer, but it's little compared to Classilla, anyway.
