ZipIt is a Macintosh program that zips and unzips archives in a format fully compatible with PKZip for the IBM and zip implementations on other systems. It's shareware, but fully useable after a 7 second pause at startup. Also it's carbonized and works fine on Mac OS 9 and OS X.

TataMisia - could you post MacZip pls (if it works under OS 9.2)
ZipIt is shareware. I choose MacZip is freeware and (in my opinion) better.
