Im with Shinshu, please somebody upload POSTAL full version... it just cant be this hard to get that game. I only found the pc version...
and i found a Postal Fudge Pack DVD with 26 not working links too...
If somebody had it they would have uploaded it already, duh.
If you really want to play it, it's on Amazon, and it's been on eBay once ot ywice. Then you could upload it.
It's your lucky day, get your credit card out:

Hey, bertyboy, im in southamerica... so, buying from ¨e-bay.co.UK¨ is not a good bussiness for me. Shipping taxes kick my ass over here. If i pay £1 for an old game there, when i get it here it finish to cost me like CoD Modern Warfare´s brand new DVD from the store.
That s my problem. There are a very few mac games in market here, but nothing classic.
If anyone has "Discover the World II," I have been trying to find that game for ages, and after hours of research located the name and some screenshots almost by accident. There's no way to purchase or download the game online at all! It's an Entrex Software Inc. publication, from the year 1995.
Hi. I am currently uploading Discover the World II. If anyone has Operation Neptune, I would be pleased if you would share it.

Finally found a CD of this game, and not my half-functioning copy.
EDIT: Bought this just now for quite a sum, I'm not too fussed bout money though. Its one of my personal favorites, will replace as soon as it arrives!
Jeez j_damage•69, a lot of money for one game.
Yeah it is, but found out it was for PC. So getting a refund. Not too annoyed, think its best cos I need that money haha.
MadMac, I'm jealous.
Done a lot of travelling in my time, especially central and south america which I love dearly. Not been to any of the small countries on the northern coast of the continent, except the dutch antilles), but been everywhere else, most travelling through, some only in the cities.
Where are you from ? and I'll tell you where I've been in your country.
Well, you get my point, bertyboy...
I live near Buenos Aires, Argentina. (The dutch antilles! that s where i want to be...)
The only site similar to e-bay here is mercadolibre.com.ar, but it is somehow limited to the PC market about games...
Ah, Buenos Aires, extremely beautiful and modern. I was quite suprised. I passed through on the way to Antartica and the Falklands in February 2002 (from Ushuaia) and stayed over for a few weeks on the way back (in April). An interesting time to be in Argentina, but I think it always is. Protests and big queues and the 20th anniversary of the Falklands invasion, but all anyone talked about was how bad the team looked for the 2002 World Cup. I still support Argentina in each World Cup, Scotland haven't qualified since I was a little boy.
i would like to see the mighty morphin power rangers game here. i did a search and found 0 results. can somebody also find any grand theft auto games that can run on mac os 9?
It came on a hybrid disc, so if you can find the Windows version you should be onto a winner ...
Never released for Mac. May be a very recent version over Steam or the like, but NOT abandonware.
It would be great if someone could upload Feathers & Space. A great B/W game
@doctor69: They're still looking for it.
http://daxeria.macdomain.org/wanted.htm#feathersandspace
I would, personally, like to see Last Call by Simon & Schuster Interactive.
Star Fighter 3000
... as already requested here : http://macintoshgarden.org/forum/request-star-figher-3000
I also want to see Total Distortion.
Where else would we find the most awesome game over theme ever?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6iT-lMgfAI
I've catched an original box of Creatures (PC/Mac hybrid), which is no longer available at Amazon, at least in new condition.
A new Requests sub-board is up. Can this thread be moved?
Just brought the mac version of Total Distortion, someone requested it but i cant locate the post as the search result links to the first page of this topic
Should be with me in 3-4ish days, should be with you one after that, this is my first contribution that i've invested actual funds in, rather pleased
Here ya go http://www.macintoshgarden.org/forum/unknown-game-help (Post #5). If you use a browser like Camino you have the option for "Google search this site".
Yup, I recently brought it up earlier on this page!
That would be awesome.
Color Dark Castle is my request. It's out of print...
Colour Dark Castle ? You mean Dark Castle v3 ? Definitely not abandonware.
No, Color Dark Castle: http://deltatao.com/darkcastle/
I recently came across this very interesting looking simulation named A-OK: The Wings of Mercury:
http://www.youarego.com/index.html
The website is still online, however I get an error attempting to download the OS 9 version. I wonder if anyone has the full thing?
Anyone got/heard/know of 'Four-Sight' by Synergy, Inc. from around 1995?
Might even be DOS-only but they did their games for Mac, ie; 'Alice: Interactive Museum', 'L-Zone', 'Yellow Brick Road' and 'Gadget'.
Ok. Got it; 'Four-Sight' and it is a Hybrid disk.
Japanese only it seems. :/ Anyone interested?
Yeah, Four-Sight could be interesting.
Does Civilization III qualify for abandonware? Released in 2003 for OS 8.6 & X it doesn't seem to be on sale anymore. Amazon.com lists only used ones, Macsoft threw all Civ III stuff off their website long ago and german publisher ASH doesn't offer it anymore, redirecting to Civ IV instead. I suppose it would be a worthy addition to here, especially in the Game of the Year edition all patched up. Does anyone have it? I'd gladly take care of the description, screenshots & else if someone could image and upload it
I have it, and it's a pretty good game. It'll tax your MDD in the mid-to-end game, it's not quick on mine either.
But is it abandonware ? Destineer carry the latest patch, published by macsoft, developed (or rather, ported) by Westlake Interactive, from the original by Piraxis. I could have sworn that just a year ago the MacSoft support page linked to an Atari support page where all the patches were available. Now it links to Destineer http://destineergames.com/ support page.
I've also got Rise of Nations, which may be the best game in that AoE, Civ genre. Can'twait until that is abandonware, you would have to play it just to build the Aircraft Carrier. Alas it runs on my Mac Pro so it may be a while yet before we can upload it.
Temporary Joe, I think I may have Color Dark Castle.
Take a look at these screenshots and see if this is what you are talking about.

Wikipedia makes me think this is it, but I'm not entirely sure. The images mounted and the game installed and played fine in OS 9. I can upload them if this is what you are looking for.
The last image shows there is a "PreRelease" menu in the menu bar that has Delta Taos address in it.
I think so, because "Beyond Dark Castle" was never colorized (it was axed for "Return to Dark Castle", which is not abandonware).
I'd like to see it uploaded. Although I used to play a lot of games on the iMac, I use Basilisk, which isn't as good in a few cases, but I can play others. Thanks!
What about "Space Bar"? I'd like to see that.
I noticed there isn't even any mention of it on the site.
I think The Space Bar was a hybrid release so if you find the PC version you'll get the Mac one as well.
…just follow the link given previously for a DL
Has anyone heard of Pajama Sam, or Puttputt the purple car? Both series were created by Humongous Entertainment.
When I was in preschool-early elementary, these were the only games I played (Including Spyfox). But since I couldn't really read when I was playing them, I more or less liked the "artwork" of the games. So does any one have,
Pajama Sam: No Need To Hide When It's Dark Outside
Pajama Sam 2: Thunder and Lightning Aren't so Frightening
Pajama Sam 3 You Are What You Eat From Your Head To Your Feet
OR
Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo (1995)
Putt-Putt Goes to the Moon (1993)
Putt-Putt Joins the Parade (1992)
Putt-Putt Travels Through Time (1997)
Putt-Putt Enters the Race (1998)
If anyone has these games, I'd love to experience them again.
Did these game are hybrid or not? I have these, but sorry, I have the PC version. I will look around next.
Hmm, I've seen Putt-Putt in the $1 shop. It's also on eBay all the time (Mac / PC hybrid IIRC), usually for $0.99. Perhaps a little looking will get you a real bargain ?
Indeed Berty, good point. My girlfriend and I came to the revelation that we both shared the same video game tastes as children. I leaned a little more to Pajama Sam, and she to Puttputt. Perhaps a birthday present is in order.
Don't know about all of them, but the Putt-Putt game I found in the $1 shop was hybrid. I didn't get it, I classed it as just another Fisher Price type animation game for 3yo kids. If I pass the shop again soon, I'll have another look.
'Putt-Putt' and 'Pajama Sam' available from this page/site.

There´s seldom any note if an original is Hybrid format on this site, but it´s duly noted if it´s Mac format only.
Mind; I haven´t checked this images if the originals were in Hybrid format, or, if the images are complete ISO's or incomplete RIP's. Mostly they´re complete but you´ll have to check out for yourself.
What an incredible find.
It seems there is every single game of the genre.
A real treasure cove especially for a 'Hybrid Hunter'.
Iv been working really hard to find the origional Mazeworld game, they have 2 versions that came after it that are different from the origianl called Mazeworld catacombs and Mazeworld abis but im lookin for the freeware version that was released of the 1st one, I have been able to find the demo but when the company disbanded they released it as freeware. here is the link to the demo
http://macintoshgarden.org/games/mazeworld if anyone knows anything that would be great, thanks
On my collection of MacFormat / MacWorld / MacUser discs, I appear to have Mazeworld Abyss and Mazeworld Catacombs, each in many versions, some labelled as PPC, some not. I also have something called just Mazeworld v1.0.3 under Shareware. It would sound like the software you are looking for, but it's dated December 1994, some time before the Abyss and Catacombs versions.
Alas, discs not here just now.
It sounds like 1.0.3 (which you linked to) IS the full game. At least going by this posting. According to this, Catacombs was released as freeware, but I can't see any mention of the original being released as freeware, just as uncrippled shareware.
Yeah, the readme for the upload here, v1.0.3 describes it as uncrippled shareware, called Original Mazeworld, released when Mazeworld Catacombs was released.
