After battling through the Age of Empires (AoE, AoE II), it is time to go deeper into the history of mankind, and play in the Ancient cities of the true gods. Choose your scenario from three, the ancient Greeks, the Norse or the Egyptians, and build your new world into a true kingdom fitting for the Gods that you follow. But be wary of the evil that lives around your kingdom, as they wish to destroy you and your God. (MobyGames)

Comments
No, I think it is OK, as it was originally released 2003 (and as such refilling the inofficial 10-year rule). The Universal Binary is not running probably under anything later than Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. The last update v2.0.1 was in mind for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard (which is abandoned already).
I uploaded the updaters to the v2.x also to the internal server as they might take the updates down anytime and updated the system requirement information.
Although the Mac version is no longer sold, the provision of updates by Destineer (who took over MacSoft in 2003) to universal binary in 2007 makes this marginal abandonware. If others think this is too close a call then I will remove the game download.
