This game works with: SheepShaver, Basilisk II,

Run about in hell munching on crazy little people to stay alive, watch that hunger bar. Scream at walls to shatter them to get through to different areas, also helps to kill creatures or stun them. Find the teleporters to exit levels.

256 colors only.
Runs in Classic Environment as well.

'Binding of Isaac' reminded me of this one.
