It also appears to be a compressed ".img" file, which insures that it cannot even be dragged onto an open emulator's window to mount. Its fubar as is.
This was uploaded as a naked img file without a protective compression wrapper. The img seems to be unmountable. Can you please first compress the file with Stuffit for example, and reupload.
