This game commemorates the 1990 Lund student carnival, whose theme was "double standards" (or "dubbelmoral" in Swedish). Let your mom believe you're studying while you crawl out of your window to go drinking in town!
See the manual, this is a translation and description. Can be used as a dictionary for the game.

"Nödighet" is how badly you need to go. Is there a word for it? "Bladder emergency level"?
Fylla is intoxication, skada can mean injury or more correctly "health" in the context of the game.
It looks like it wouldn't be hard to ResEdit this one into English, though Google Translate is giving me trouble. Obviously, the "Urinoar" is urinal, but the words on the left, fylla, Nödighet, and skada are translating as load, ???, and injury.
Yes, this game runs in color, too!
I loved this game! It's so pointless but it's so quaint. I really have to download and play this again. Thanks for the upload! (Is it just me or was this also in color?)
This is a swedish languaged game. To start a new game, press Apple-N, then Apple-G. To move the figure around, press arrow keys.
P.S.
Basilisk crash for me, with Mac OS 7.5.5 installed. Otherwise, I got this game to run in Mini vMac/System 6, and SheepShaver, Mac OS 9 installed.
Edit: Replaced 'xxx 7' by 'Mac OS 7' - IIGS User
