From the ReadMe file:
Freddi Fish 3: The Case of the Stolen Conch Shell allows you to guess who you think committed the crime. In this mystery, the Great Conch Shell and its three Golden Pipes have been stolen. There were six characters seen near the shell before it was taken. These are the suspects in your case folder. After Freddi and Luther find the three Golden Pipes Soggy tracks the thief to some ancient ruins, but the thief gets away! In the confusion a bag is left behind. Freddi and Luther take one look in that bag and know who stole the Great Conch Shell. So they gather all the suspects together to show them what they found. When Freddi shows them the clue it's up to you to select the suspect you think is the thief. The object will be "stuck" to your mouse cursor. Just click on who you think is guilty and, if you're right, they'll explain why they stole the Great Conch Shell with the three Golden Pipes. Once you help Freddi and Luther uncover the thief and free Uncle Blenny the Founder's Day Festival can begin!
