Thanks, I've not thought about yet.
Uploaded a 7z-compressed version so that it is less than 40 MB and hence downloadable, but I had to wrap it in a zip to be accepted as an upload here.
The correct year is 2007, but the form doesn't offer this yet.
File size is 0.1 too large to activate the file. Brrr.
