Description from MobyGames.com:
"The year is 1936, and suddenly the protagonist is abducted by the Leather Goddesses for the final testing in the plan which will enslave every man and woman on earth. These Leather Goddesses of Phobos are just finishing up their plans for the invasion of Earth. If the hero fails to escape and save humanity, the Leather Goddesses will turn the Earth into their pleasure dome.
Leather Goddesses of Phobos is a text adventure with humorous overtones. The player uses standard commands in the text parser to observe his environment and pick up items. The game's 'naughtiness' level can be adjusted between Tame (G), Suggestive (PG), and Lewd (R)."
CompatibilityIncluded is a self-booting disk image for use with emulators. Also, this game can be played using Z-interpreters, including Zoom for Mac OS X.
Comments
This .zip file was archived using MacZip which preserves Mac Resource forks perfectly in a special file called "XtraStuf.mac". Use MacZip to unzip this archive in Mac OS 7.0 to 9.2.2 and you won't go wrong, its here at the Garden.
Zips are fine if the archiver knows what he's doing. See here: http://sites.google.com/site/oldmacarchive/archivalformat
When using the old Mac OS I recommend these programs: http://sites.google.com/site/oldmacarchive/essentials
The included disk image can be dragged and dropped onto the Mac OS (or any other) version of Mini vMac no matter whether it was extracted with MacZip or StuffIt Expander. If you're really die-hard, the image can be used to make a floppy for use with a real compact Mac; it's an exact image of the original disk.
Who uploaded the .zip file? I'm saying this because .zips aren't quite compatible with Mac OS 9's resource forks and I would like at least a .sit file.
Included with some other things I bought on eBay was an original disk for this game from 1986, so I've uploaded a new archive with that disk and various other related docs pulled from around the web.
No it's just the application. The map's available at the Infocom Documentation Project:

Does it come with the map (which you need to get through the underground maze) ?
