"No way, this game rocks on a classic. Everything from the music, to the frenetic gameplay to the final boss level, which I never did get around to beating, rocks. If you have an old system 6 machine than Mission Starlight is for you. Classic Mac Gaming didn't come any better than this" - Alphabet Salami
"Needs B/W or 16 Colour. Graphics issues on newer Macs cause game play to take place in the upper menu area. Not uncommon problem." - Old Iron

i use basilisk II emulator with performa.rom (68030) and installed Mac OS 7.0 on it.
after that i installed quicktime 2.5
before i installed quick time, i could see the sound option window of the game but after the installation when i click on the sound option, basilisk throws an exception and goes down.
prince of persia 2 does the same thing.
Edit: Changed 'xxx 7' to 'Mac OS 7' - IIGS User
Exactly what version of the Sound Manager control panel do you have installed, and what hardware/system version are you using?
so do u have any suggestions?
is there anyone played this game with music?
Maybe because the game tries to call the sound hardware directly, without calling the Mac OS sound drivers.
In such a case, if you run an 68k game on a PowerPC based Mac, the sound calling of the game runs into emptyness and so you can't hear any sound.
i use Mac OS 7.0, also tried it on 8.1
but i couldnt hear anything.
quick time 2.5 is installed, is there any other sound tool?
Edit: Changed 'xxx 7' to 'Mac OS 7' - IIGS User
also music of prince of persia 2 is weird
What system are you using? Might need a different Sound Manager.
game is fine but i cant hear sound and music. Does anyone hear??
Wow man, I remember playing the demo of this when I was about 6, wishing SOOO bad to have the full version, and now here it is, right in front of me. I still have the computer too!
