Well I think the site wants to put an extra underscore in the file name, but when you upload it a second time, it adds yet another underscore and a number, starting with 0. I've seen this happen when users upload something once, and it doesn't become immediately available, and they try uploading again. Or maybe hit submit twice or something.
Wasn´t that something about Malware Protection? Like uploading a 'evil.exe.zip', which in fact was a renamed .exe, could not be executed by exchanging the 2nd dot.
For some reason the file must have been uploaded twice and got an extra "_0" attached to it, so I've added the correct filename as an "external" download. I'm not a mod or admin so I can't fix the regular link.
I remember downloading this on e•World! I also remember feeling somewhat jilted because I thought the "Reliant" in question was the ship from Star Trek 2 The Wrath of Khan, only to find out that it wasn't.

The download link seems to be giving a 404 error.
