Hey I added a much needed no cd crack pack, Game works great
Hello, yes its sitting here on my desktop. Needs to be compressed into .sit format. Will do it this morning through my old G4. Sorry ive just been tied up in things.
Regards.
Ahem…j_damage•69 ?
Regarding the following exchange:
j_damage•69: BUMP, anything?
mrdav: I am pretty certain I have this, and can make a working link, but will need to check on the weekend as I am currently travelling. In return would you be able to re-upload Casualty Kid (an item on my Broken Links list) that you originally uploaded here?
j_damage•69: Hey cool no problem.
Can anyone help me to acquire a no cd crack? I cant get it to work, even when I mount the images. And I really want to play this one again. I used to have the game for pc but I threw it away some time ago and still feel bad about it. So it would really rock if I could play this one on my macbook
I have made new links for you j_damage•69 . Over to you now
P.S. Both this and the previous NOLF games have a preference for ATI cards - GREAT F.S.A.A. for the time with Radeon cards.
There is a refresh rate bug with this game that prevents it from starting if your monitor runs above 60 Hz. If you are using a newer system will need this: http://www.ludomac.com/downloads/NOLF2patch.sit
Cool cool, yeah I brought this game at the apple store back in 2005. I ran it on a flowerpot G4 800mhz I think it was. Played though most the game until there was this submarine level where guys just kept respawning till it was un-playable haha. This is one of the few games I really enjoyed, very unique!
If mrdav doesn't find it, I'll dig it out at the start of next week. I'm back in Aus and beyond on business for this week but I can dig it out at the weekend if I've recovered - it's tiring making a 7 hour trip for a 3 hour presentation and meeting and then flying back.
Your comments about Tiger reminds me that it did have high requirements, but I don't think it was Tiger - I used to play it on my MDD, and I disliked Tiger, so it must have been Panther, but with QuickTime 7.4 or 7.5 or 7.6 which let me run it. There were a number of games like this, where quicktime made all the difference.
Hey cool no problem. Ive been trying to get this to run on wine with no go (PC version). The game has surprisingly high specs. May need to install tiger again since it seems like the only thing thatl run it..
Note; I may get round to uploading some other of my titles as well.
Regards.

Hi, is this still downloadable? When I click one of the links it just takes me to the homepage.
Does anyone have a working no cd patch?
Can't remember if I used to play this with a burned copy of the original media, or using a mounted locked disk image - using Toast.
You don't need original media.
Yeah its best if you got the original CDs for this one, which I still wish I had. The no-cd crack is extremely buggy, not really a way round this one.
looks like there are problems with the no cd...can't get it to work...
