POK the Little "Artiste" / Pok le Petit Peintre

An educational/creative game that went under the radar-- and that is nearly impossible to look up nowadays thanks to a little something called Pokémon. It seems to have French, US, and Japanese voice acting stored inside of it. And the only one that doesn't sound absolutely ridiculous (and slightly frightening) is the Japanese voice acting. The French title is "Pok le Petit Peintre". There's a chameleon in it. And something called a Funny Machine. It's never quite explained what it is. But it's rather intriguing, nonetheless.
