I haven't even tried playing this little obscurity so I don't know if it's got AI to play against or if it's meant for two human players. Perhaps the included manual has answers.

Anyway, this one is neat because it has a "Moscow 12" font included so that when Soviet forces take over American cities, they are renamed with Cyrillic characters!
