I've got the documentation for this game; I'm getting ready to upload it in the next day or two...
UPDATE: I've uploaded the documentation as the "Manual" download. The "read me" text file is now the second manual file and can be found on the edit or revisions pages.
This game actually works just fine both in MinivMac and a physical Mac Plus, tested with System 6.0.8. The purpose and story line are cryptic but there's a good tutorial option within the game where one can click around and dialog boxes pop up with plenty of description for every object/element on the screen. The square-ish buildings on the upper part of the screenshot are actually factories/spaceships (yes, at the same time). I completed a game last night, it is fun and educative for younger audiences. Even better when played against an opponent (note the symmetrical setup on the screenshot).
Does anybody have the documentation for this game? It looks cool, but it is inscrutable.
