Schoolhouse Rock used to be a series of cartoon shorts on ABC that introduced kids to Science, Math, English, and how America worked. Now, Creative Wonders, a division of ABC, has released four CD-ROM games based on the old cartoons. Each of the games features characters and art from that long-ago series. Exploration Station features Interplanet Janet, a half human-half robot girl with wings. Her spaceship has crash landed on earth and she needs the player's help to get her ship running again. By playing the six activities, the player helps Janet get the energy crystals to power her ship, as well as acquire the parts to help the ship run. It features over 20 Science topics, including: Sound, Light, Electricity, Solar System, Human Body, Earth Science, Simple Machines, Weather, Plants And Animals. There's innovative edutainment games, and hands on science projects (Adventure Legends).
