You don't control the Sheep directly, you play the sheep herder instead. You choose from one of 4 different herders, all with their own personalities, and the strengths and weaknesses which come with them, to play the game with. Bo Peep, for example, is described as, "Shepherd by day, and lead singer of a rock band by night. Has 'a way' with sheep, coaxing even the most stubborn out of danger." Bo works well with Long Wool sheep from what I can tell, but doesn't do so well with your Neo Genetic sheep. Shep, described as, "highly intelligent sheepdog, he is old and a little slower than he used to be," sometimes really does have trouble moving fast enough to herd sheep out of danger. I really don't think it is just my imagination that there are differences in playing different herders with different sheep, though it is possible. I most often play Motley, the sheep dog wanna-be, when just playing for fun. He seems to do equally well (which is to say "not great, but not bad") with all types of sheep.

Comments
When the CD comes with manuals in Dutch, German, French and Swedish language, probably the game uses these languages as well. It has been reported the game plays at least in English and German (thank to check this goes to Mrdav and IIGS User [me]).
PowerMacintosh.de reports the CD must be in drive while playing the game.
