Sierra Patch patches the following games to allow them to run. Fixes the timing error. From the Readme:
A patch for the following Macintosh Sierra On-Line Games:
-Leisure Suit Larry I & V
-Space Quest I & IV
-King's Quest V & VI
-Freddy Pharkas
-The Castle of Doctor Brain
This patch fixes a problem that caused the games to lock-up because of problems with the date. Supposedly after September 18th, 1993 many games stopped working properly.

i don't know why but the sierra patch doesn't work. I patch the games that this programm support but does nothing. The only way to play the games is to change the date of the mac os (i put a date before 1993). But again i have some problems. For instance the 'restore' does not work on King's Quest 6 when i try to open a saved game.
great programm. I patched King's Quest 5 and Space Quest 1 and now they play on my imag g3.
