I've been playing this game since I was about 11. The "book" levels can get pretty challenging, especially since there's no in-cell notation; I have color-based grid that I use to solve the trickier ones that started out as a ClarisWorks file! There's an OS X version available at http://www.mathsisfun.net/puzzles.htm .
