I wouldn't be surprised. The packaging itself was made from very cheap material.

I believe you, because I also used to own it! I still have the disks for the black-and-white Dragon's Lair, but they also went bad a long time ago. Did ReadySoft use a crummy disk-duplicating operation or something?

Believe it or not there's actually a 1989 floppy disk version of this that runs on a Mac Plus; I have it but it's in such bad shape that it's garbage. The disks are all corrupted.
