The starship Voyager is stranded in a mysterious graveyard of derelicts from across the galaxy. As Ensign Munro, part of the newly formed Hazard Team, you're one of the "redshirts" dispatched to the frontlines of every crisis and away mission. Can you keep the ship in one piece long enough to solve the mystery of the Forge?

Once you install the game, be sure to apply the included v1.2 patch. In addition to fixing various bugs, it adds the voice of Jeri Ryan as Seven of Nine (in place of v1.0's unconvincing substitute actress.) Alternatively, you can install the Elite Force Expansion Pack, which includes the 1.2 update as well as some new features like a shipboard exploration mode.

i never talk about emulation under leopard or mac pros (I have leopard, tiger and the 9 in a single PPC)... by the way, this is abbandonware and real hardware is not my problem (yet). Well, probably in the next days, i will test this under emulation.

well, i discover that stuffit deluxe can do the work perfectly... just drag and drop, edited, rezipped and ready...

and to MadMac. What about lepoard and onward? lots of people have to emulate! and this game won't run well even in classic mode.

there is no way to play it without a cd without just creating text files and changing the extensions to the same as th files on the cd and putting them in the right folders, making a disk image, locking it, and mounting it with toast.

to edit the pk3 files just re-name them .zip and then you can extract them. i used zipit (not abandonware) so i did not have to extract the whole thing.

To get Star Trek Voyager Elite Force
to do multiplayer without entering a CD-key,
all you need to do is go into the BaseEF folder,
open the hmconfig.cfg file with
SimpleText, and change the line that reads

seta ui_cdkeychecked "-1"
to
seta ui_cdkeychecked "1"

Other details are xplained in the ¨readme¨ documents about the video display and resolution.

The pacht 1.2 included also installs a Carbon version of the game... it works in both systems. Thank you anyway.

CTF Disintegration and CTF Specialties... best gametypes ever! Last time I played, May 2009, there were still clan matches on this game (not to be confused with Elite Force II (EF2))!

Though it sucks that you can't kill people with the Hypospray in single player, you can...... or rather, you used to be able to, in Multiplayer. I can't find anybody playing the Specialties gametype anymore.

I heard that there were wallhacks made for QIII (quake 3)-type games, and some worked for Elite Force. But only a few implemented an autoshooter, wallhack, and an aimbot. Don't ask me... besides, this is about all people talked about, in-game, during its final months of popularity.

Great game, big fun to play, not only for "trekkies".
