In fact, it IS a tv show. You pick one of the characters from the show or make your own, but you can't actually control your character. You just talk to other contestants while your guy walks around the island and does things, then you play some mini-game and vote people out. It's kind of silly.

This one looks cool. Like the "survive on a remote island" idea. It is based on an american tv show, isn't it?
