The Adventures of Snake
Early Mac "Snake" game, only seems to run on older System software, works ok on bootable disk uploaded.

- System 6.0.8 is too new for this game and it will crash at those points that you describe.
If you boot Mini vMac with the System thats included on the disk image (boot from floppy if you have hardware to support it), then it all works OK.
The System on the .dsk image is Macintosh SSW 2.0 with Finder version 1.1
Tried on both Mini vMac and on an actual Mac SE (System 6.0.8 ),
gives the "illegal instruction" or "coprocessor not installed" error on both cases when trying to start a new game or open "about the adventures of snake" from the game menu;

Could you elaborate? It starts up OK for me in Mini vMac.
Really sad the version uploaded seems to be corrupted, can anyone link to a working version?
Attractively put-together for a shareware title of its age, but the controls are difficult to handle and the sprites/targets are minuscule.
