A beautiful young woman named Elspeth Haskard has been murdered in her own apartment. A dead chicken, smeared blood in a crucifixion pattern on the body, a religious symbol drawn on floor, and many voodoo paraphernalia have been found in the crime scene. Initial examination of the body reveals no evidence of trauma. Her skin, though, appears bluish, as if she has been poisoned. Elspeth has lived a very strange life. As a brilliant doctoral student in anthropology, she has traveled to many parts of the world, including Haiti where the practice of voodoo thrives.

Got a CD created earlier from an image which seems to work. I run the introduction successfully with SS under 7.6 I haven´t checked for a ISO9600 partition yet.
Got the CD-ROM but no system will mount it. Written on CD: Windows only.
System Profiler ATA says, the file system is HFS, name is "Sam Rupert".

Me, ordered original CD from ebay.uk now, very cheap in price...
The Mac partition on this disk image does seem to be missing. To check, I downloaded the files as well from Adventure Legends and, after assembling the ISO, found that only the Windows partition is present in this supposedly Hybrid image...exactly the same as the image posted here, as I expected. So it seems that the original upload to Adventure Legends is corrupt. I believe that the link above should be removed until we find a good copy of the disk image.

Got it from the second comment written at Taylor French and converted it, using AnyToISO.
My system, 10.6.8, mounts the ISO part. Toast Titanium 11 recognize the image as a Hybrid but mounts only the ISO part. SS gives the same response associating the image. How about a physical CD-ROM?
My Mac systems won't mount the CD-ROM. Bas and Sheep wants to initialize, Mac OS X can't find any file systems on the CD image file.
