The Musical World of Professor Piccolo.
This is a bin/cue set created with IMGBurn on my token PC,
so it will probably not play nice with emulators.
The game is stored in one 30MB partition and the orchestra sounds are in a 60+ track musical partition.
Burn a real CD either with IMGBurn or Toast and use real hardware.
