Was very popular in its day. Hundreds of airplanes are currently online for free. It works with OS9-OS 10.5. This is probably my favorite flight simulator and has multiplayer capabilities. Here are the scenery links.

And the v763 update.

Also, I'd like to say that I could not find any place on the web where you can buy this game. A little sad. X-plane 8 is fading fast, and 6 is pretty much lost. X-plane 5, however, was put on this very site, fortunately. I'm a bit of an xplane junky, and I think xplane 10 tramples Flight simulator x under its feet. Why am I rambling on this abandonware site about new programs?

Maybe you should also tell that it takes 300MB of RAM to use. I just downloaded this to my 64MB RAM iBook G3, and it wasn't pretty when I saw the memory requirement.

It's compatible with OS9. Shall I take it off? Can you still buy it online?
